Organization of transport by container

Inditime Import offers their organizational services for the container transport of your orders (complete or consolidated).

Complete containers (FCL – Full Container Load) :

20 feet (28 CBM)
40 feet (56 CBM)
40 feet HC (66 CBM)

Consolidated Containers (LCL – Less than Container Load) for prototypes or smaller importation orders of a minimum of 10m³).

The majority of our orders are placed using the FOB-based price, from the Mundra port.
For smaller orders, we offer the possibility to regroup orders in Ex-Factory through our indian partner in order to limit duty fees.


Organization of the Freight Forwarders

Inditime Import and it's freight forwarders manage the totality of the transport. This allows us to receive a competitive transport tariff as well as fluid organization of the import process.

We can also coordinate the transport with your partner freight forwarders if preferred.


Organization of documentation & border clearance

Inditime Import and it's manufacturers coordinates sending the documents required for import and for border clearance of the container. This is done in coordination with the manufacturer and the freight forwarder.

For certain products, we obtain the necessary certificates from the manufacturers (CE). Ex: for light fixtures.


Logistics after arrival at port

Sea transportation between India and Europe takes approximately between 22 and 25 days.

We organize the arrival of the containers to the Belgian ports of Antwerp and Zeebruges, and French Ports such as Le Havre, Fos-Sur-Mer, Dunkerque, etc.

Our freight forwarder assures the transport from the port to your warehouse/store.

In consolidated container, your merchandise will be unloaded in our warehouse located in Onnaing (France).
Three options are available to you:

- delivery by transporter
- Merchandise pick-up in person at our warehouse in Onnaing
- Possibility to stock merchandise in our warehouse in Onnaing
